Chef Barry Sexton returns with a new menu. Shrimp-cucumber canapés, mini beef Wellingtons, and a pineapple-lime martini to open. Horseradish-crusted salmon. Braised turkey wings. A sweet potato, pecan & chocolate tart with whiskey caramel to close. One night. A single seating. A cigar selected from the humidor with each seat.
The Last Monday Supper Club is our monthly featured chef series — with a soft spot for the Lehigh Valley. Revenue on your dark night, new guests, premium wine and spirits partnerships, professional photography, and post-dinner feedback data. You bring the menu; we host, plate, and pour.
